Holidays in Spain and Thailand
 

WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY RENTAL TRANSACTION. We do not own nor can we enter into any contract concerning any property listed on "This Site". Instead, "This Site" acts as a venue to allow advertisers to offer for rent a specific holiday rental property to potential renters.

We are not involved in the actual transaction between renters and advertisers even though we may from time to time provide tools. As a result, the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of advertisers to rent holiday property or the ability of renters to pay for holiday rental properties are solely the responsibility of the advertisers.

"This Site" provides a way for our affiliates to access a wider range of potential interested parties and we act solely as an introducer between you, wanting to take advantage of the offers listed, and those offering the listed villas.

We do not guarantee, underwrite or take on any liabilities what-so-ever in providing this services and you acknowledge, agree, and accept this, and all terms and conditions on "This Site", once you send your request or enquiry into this site.   
 

Use of "This Site"

“This Site” can only be used to view or make enquiries to owners regarding holiday rental properties. Holiday makers are not charged access, and “This Site” can only be used to contact our advertisers regarding the suitability of their properties for a holiday rental. Use of “This Site” for any purpose other than research and booking of a holiday rental property is strictly prohibited. When sending an enquiry through “This Site” your email address will not be retained beyond the completion of your communication and you will not receive any unsolicited emails from us. 

 

Liability

Use of “This Site” indicates that you agree to release “This Site” from any loss or damage in connection with any breach of terms and conditions, or any other legal obligation by you and your use of “This Site”.

“This Site” cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages you may experience using “This Site”. Therefore, “This Site” is not obliged to offer any refund or compensation for losses you may have suffered from renting a property from an advertiser on “This Site”.

If an advertiser is victim of fraud, “This Site” cannot become liable to the advertiser. “This Site” does not guarantee that the operation of “This Site” will be uninterrupted or error free.

“This Site” cannot be held liable to the advertiser for any fraudulent, consequential, or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to, product liability.

 

Accuracy of Prices, Information and Descriptions

“This Site” cannot guarantee the accuracy of prices, photos or other information available on “This Site”. Accurate property description, prices, bookings and photos are the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent.

“This Site” has not confirmed the price, or accuracy of each advertisement and owner, so holidaymakers are advised to make their own investigation into the authenticity of any information offered.

“This Site” is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, misleading photographs, prices, or claims, made in the information supplied by the owner, or agent, on “This Site”.

 

Booking Process

  • You need to send an email via the contact us link stating your Name, the date of the week(s) you are interested in booking and your preferred check-in date (either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
  • We pass your enquiry onto the owner who will then contact you directly.
  • Once your booking details have been agreed the funds need to be in the advertiser's bank account within 24hrs of confirmation for the booking to be secured.
  • They will then send you the confirmation number of the reservation with the appropriate Marriott villa and copy you in on an email to that establishment stating you will be checking in on the agreed dates.
  • From this point you will be able to communicate directly with the appropriate Marriott site.  

 

Refunds

  • “This Site” provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. No trial periods are offered, nor do we offer a refund or compensation. Refunds are not available through this site under any conditions.
  • While the Marriott villa booking may be cancelled, the owner is unable to move their booking once made so they will typically not be able to offer a refund for whatever reason. You accept this restriction as part of the terms and conditions of "This Site".
  • While this may seem difficult, the advertiser has provided you with the time you requested in good faith and they have then not been able to continue advertising the villa.  Therefore it is your responsibility as the purchaser of that week to find a substitute for your week if necessary and you may need to engage the owner to facilitate the change with Marriott.  

 

Termination of Adverts

If “This Site” receives complaints from users about a specific advertisement misrepresenting a property, or if “This Site” repeatedly receive complaints about an owner, then we reserve the right to remove the advertisement and disable the account without notice, and retain payment.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the database, or repeatedly misuses the on-line system, “This Site” reserves the right to reject any advertisement and will not be liable for any expense caused.

Advertisers can remove their advert from “This Site” whenever they wish, and this will be done as soon as formal notice is received from the subscriber by email, quoting their owner ID. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
